We want you to feel good about your purchase. If the book isn't right for you, we'll refund you. Here's how it works.
THE 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of buying and we'll issue a full refund. No questions, no forms, no hoops.
That's the policy. Everything below is just how it works in practice.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email hello@pdfmasteryhub.com with:
— The email address you used to place the order, and
— Your order number (it's in your purchase confirmation email)
That's all we need. You don't have to explain why, and you don't have to "return" anything — it's a digital product. Once we receive your email, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method, which usually arrives back in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After we've issued the refund, we'll deactivate your access to any associated download links. Please delete any local copies of the file from your devices.
EXCEPTIONS
If we have reasonable evidence that the same person has bought and refunded the same product multiple times in succession, or that they've shared, redistributed, or commercially used a product before requesting a refund, we reserve the right to decline the refund. In practice, this almost never happens — we mention it only because we have to.
REFUNDS BEYOND 30 DAYS
If something has genuinely gone wrong — you can't open the file, the download link is broken, the wrong product was delivered — get in touch even if it's been more than 30 days. We'll fix it, and where appropriate we'll refund you.
