This website is operated by Totalremoto LLC, based in the United States, registered at 3140 W. Main Street, Riverton, Wyoming 82501. For the purposes of UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we are the data controller of any personal data you share with us.

WHAT WE COLLECT

DATA RETENTION

We keep your order information for as long as we're required to by tax and accounting law (typically 6 years in the UK, 7 years in the US). We keep marketing email lists until you unsubscribe. We delete website analytics data after 26 months.

CHILDREN

This site and its products are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you're under 16, please don't share your personal data with us.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will tell you when. If we make material changes, we'll do our best to notify customers via email.
